“Seeing the Vision”

Vision- a supernatural appearance that conveys a revelation: a thought, concept, or object formed by the imagination: a manifestation to the senses of something immaterial: the act or power of imagination: mode of seeing or conceiving : unusual discernment or foresight (a person of vision) :direct mystical awareness of the supernatural usually in visible form

There are four things we are going to talk about to be able to see the vision.

1)      The Manifestation of the vision

2)      The sense of the vision

3)      Understanding the immaterial of the vision

4)      The power of  imagination (THE BATTLEFEILD OF THE MIND)

I) The Manifestation of the vision (an indication that something is present, real, or exists)

A) You must first have faith  

    1) Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things 

                                 not seen. (read part of note for 11:1)

     2) Hebrews 11:6 (have the men read the scripture) But without faith it is impossible to                                        please God who comes to God must believe that he is. We can not please God if we do                                                                    not have faith. Faith is the foundation of everything. Without the foundation everything will crumble (the foundation of the house) give examples. (read the notes in the bible for 11:6) in order to obey God you must have faith (read Heb 11:7, Heb 11:8,  11:17, 11:23 and 11:29, 11:30

                                                      (Lets talk about some faith filled man of Valor)

a)      Heb 11:7 How many of us can move on the unseen and with Godly Fear? How many of us can move on the will of God when warning comes? (read notes for 11:7)

b)      Heb 11:8  can we believe in the God  enough to go out into a foreign land and believe that our inheritance is there? When God calls you away from family and away from friends into a season of just you and God will you listen?  Can you dwell in tents till you are brought into that city whose foundations was built by God?  When I am talking about tents can you humble yourself enough that when God brings you through a season in wich you have less then what you had before less money, less materials things, less friends ect can you have enough faith to dwell in that place without complaining believing that God is going to bring you trough?

c)      Heb 11:17 being man of Valor can we offer back to God that one thing he Promised us? Abraham was blessed with  son that God promised him but then God turned around and said I want you to give your son back to me in a sacrifice and He obeyed. Abraham knew his son was a gift from God because he had him at such a late age there was no way that this was done without God.  So surely God had to work something out but even if he didn’t he still obeyed.  What if God told us after he blessed us something he promised to give it back. What will we say? Will we say Yes Lord…. Or will we question God?  Not my will but your Will be done.

d)     Heb 11:23 and 11:29 How many know that God will hide you for an appointed time then when the time comes he will have you go through situations and get you across situations and things to show his glory and his works and how he manifests himself. Then the same things he brought you over is the same things that will kill your enemy. It will cause your enemy to say there was no way he did that himself. Something must have done it for him.

          e) Heb 11:30 By faith all the people who walked around the walls of Jericho and the walls came tumbling down. When we have faith all we need to do is follow Gods instructions. The Battle is not ours!!!!! God has equipped us with everything we need. All we need to do is follow what God said….. God told them to march around the city and when they followed the instructions the walls came tumbling down. How many of us have been there and have tried things on our own and it didn’t work? And then then you just raised up your hands and said you do it Lord and all the sudden the wall just came tumbling down?  To have faith you must follow instruction.

II)                The sense of the vision (To understand something well enough to be able to act on it or evaluate it)

A)    Speaking things in the atmosphere

1)      The power of the tongue. You can speak yourself into blessings and you can speak yourself out of blessings. You can speak yourself out of defeat and you can speak yourself into defeat. Proverbs 18:21, James 3:6-10 (read notes for 3:6) what you say out of your mouth can spread like fire!!!! You know that saying stick and stones may brake my bones but words will never hurt me??? That is a lie!!!!! Words can have an effect on you that’s why in Heb 4:12 it says the word is sharper then any two edge sword. Certain words spoken out of your mouth if your not careful can cut and give a deep wound in a persons soul. You keep on telling someone they cant over and over and they are a no body if they are not rooted in the word they will start to believe you. BUT also it’s the same way in saying you can over someone life!!!!! You tell someone they will be delivered the will be delivered!!!!

2)      To act on your vision never ever go negative on the vision. It may not be in visible form yet but if God spoke it into your soul then it shall happen

B)    claiming total victory over those things that are causing you to be weak in faith

1)understand that you may not get through something at the same amount of time that someone else did (ecclesiastics 9:11) and at times you fall but you got to get up and press on!!

2) know that God in our weakness he is helping us. Even when we don’t know why we are so weak he is still working on our behalf (Romans 8:26)

3)  And despite everything we are going through everything even our weakness is working for Gods Good.  Everything we go through is for the glory of God (read note on 8:28) remember God works perfect in our weakness. It is then when he can say when we could not do it ourselves he had to step in and deliver us from the hands of satan.

III)             Understanding the immaterial of the vision (not made of matter, or not physically real)

A)    The spiritual part of the vision is the most important. You may not even get to see the physical part of the vision. You may not even get to see why God put this vision in you. Your vision may be connected to someone’s else destiny. It was a persons vision to start a bible study on campus. When it was that person time to move on that person did not see the vision develop into a campus organization to where it is the biggest religious organization. The persons vision was just having bible study in the bed room. After that persons time was up someone else picked up the vision and carried it. They did not know because of that vision I was going to get saved and filled with the holy Ghost and then lead that vision and help it go in higher heights  by the grace of God. They didn’t know because of that vision I would form  men’s group called man of Valor. And even through my vision I did not see the manifestation of the vision till after I graduated. All I did was told some people and formed the group and now someone else is pushing the vision. If I decided not to act on the vision God gave me I don’t know if we would be having this conference. All I did was act on what god told me to do. Man of Valor it is time to act!!
